Planning questions

Before you rely on the calendar.

Which Hong Kong exhibitions are included?

The calendar includes selected trade-only or trade-first fairs with strong exhibitor, buyer, distributor, procurement or organiser relevance. Consumer-first fairs, shopping shows, concerts and public festivals are excluded. A trade-led fair may remain included when only a clearly limited public day or zone is consumer-facing.

Where do the dates come from?

Dates and venues are checked against official organiser and venue sources. Completed fairs leave the upcoming calendar after their final day in Hong Kong. Event details can change, so exhibitors should always use the organiser's latest manual, notices and participation documents as the final authority.

When should an exhibitor appoint a booth contractor?

Start before the first organiser submission deadline and allow time for concept approval, technical development, artwork, production and logistics. Larger, highly technical or internationally coordinated stands normally need a longer runway.

Can Zeno support an overseas company exhibiting in Hong Kong?

Yes. Zeno can coordinate a defined exhibition booth Design & Build scope with regional or international brand teams, subject to the current event requirements, programme and agreed responsibilities.

Already booked a Hong Kong show?

Turn the organiser package into a booth brief.

Share the event, venue, dates, stand number, floor plan, latest manual, budget range and approval deadline. Zeno can scope the booth work against the actual conditions.
